Hello Everyone,

Welcome to the new year!

It feels like a time of accelerated change and exciting paradigm shifts of all kinds to me.

Sometimes reflecting on the simplest words can bring us to a different way of thinking that reflects a deeper understanding of life.

While dropping off some compost to a local recycling dump recently, I saw these four words, “Rethink, Reuse, Reduce, Recycle” posted on the road into it. I immediately thought to myself wow these ideas can be applied to so much about life and perhaps the application of homeopathy.

What do I mean by this?

Well you can Rethink your attitude about a challenge in life and this process can shift how you deal with it. If you make a decision to stay in a positive state of mind no matter what is happening, it allows you to be open to understanding what "benefit" this experience is bringing you. However, sometimes this is very difficult to do, so taking a homeopathic remedy can often open doors of the mind and heart that previously seemed shut.

For example, if a long standing grief prevents one mentally and emotionally from allowing other people to enter your life, one might benefit from a few doses of Natrum mur (depending on the total energetic picture of the person of course).

The healing power of this remedy allows a gradual opening of the mind and heart. One is able to Rethink in a mindful and profound way so the doors to other relationships open up.

Certainly we all can find ways to Reuse something that is helpful to us rather than discard it. We often wastefully discard so much in life that being mindful of reusing something gives us a sense of feeling the value of it.

The U.S. FDA legally requires an expiration date on both conventional drugs (which expire) and homeopathic medicines. But a homeopathic remedy is stored energy and not chemistry so there is no expiration. In homeopathy I can use a remedy made in 1875 and that same remedy can be used again 150 years later. I know because I have done it and it worked!

When we think of the word Reducewe might think about our need to reduce our carbon footprint. According to the Nature Conservancy, the the average carbon footprint for a person in the U.S. is 16 tons, one of the highest rates in the world. (Globally the carbon footprint is closer to 4 tons.)

By using homeopathic remedies you are reducing the overuse, misuse, and reliance on toxic medications that make their way into our bodies and ecosystems. So every action we take to mindfully reduce consumption is good. Another great reason to use homeopathy!

What about the word Recycle? I often think of mushrooms when I hear that word as they are powerful entities that recycle organic matter, breaking them down at the same time they also move nutrients back into the ecosystem. Both humans and mushrooms come from the same evolutionary tree and we share more DNA with them than we do with plants!

If mushrooms can do this why can’t homeopathy in a different way?

With the use of homeopathic remedies we can pass through a series of changes to recover our health.

For instance, the powerful dynamicenergy of the most similar remedy helps us reclaim our health. When we use a correct homeopathic remedy, we in a sense energetically recycle what we don’t need anymore and create something new. When we truly heal on a deep level we transform the old ill self into a new and vital one. We aren’t the “same” person because the dynamic power of the remedy shifts us into a state of health. The homeopathic remedy allows the reorganizing effort of our minds, bodies, and spirits to truly recycle a sick self into a new and healed one.

Lots to think about right?

On another note, I have had numerous inquires about prophylactic remedies for Avian or "Bird flu".

After homeopathy’s enormous success with Covid, remedies needed for bird flu will make themselves known and I will pass it on.

The amazing homeopathic history of treating many very serious infectious diseases is not well known. It is the safest most effective means of dealing with an epidemic and it will be in the future.

As long as you have have Gelsemium and Bryonia alba in either 1m or 10m potency these cover many variations of the flu. If you get flu like symptoms and need help moving through it please contact me. Having an emergency 200c homeopathic kit on hand is recommended too.

In terms of herbal formulas or supplements for immunity, while there are many excellent formulas. I think Rainbow Light’s Counterattack (it is back on the market!) is one of the best. Maine Medicinals organic Elderberry extract is also great for prevention of flu viruses. I usually take a daily dose(tsp) from October till March.Gaia’s Quick Defense is also excellent for flus.

If you chose to use a vaccine developed for the bird flu, this is a conventional pharmacologicalapproach to immunity and will likely include microbial toxins and other biological and non biological contaminants such as mercury, aluminum directly into your blood stream.

Why not try homeopathy instead?
