Winter Solstice and Healing

Hello Everyone,
The Winter Solstice (Dec 21) always gives me permission to be more quiet within, find greater peace, and reflect on the profound experience of this significant astronomical event.
Ancient peoples of the earth culturally observed and celebrated the return of light and rebirth which the Winter Solstice represents as the sun reaches its lowest point in the sky. If you live in the northern hemisphere it is my hope you take time on the winter solstice to honor the spirit within you to receive more light and love. If you live in the southern hemisphere you will celebrate the summer solstice.
Recently I took a number of walks on top of a nearby mountain in Maine. It is on the ancestral lands of the Wabanaki Confederacy and holds deep significance to the indigenous peoples who once lived there. I honor the ancestors whose spirits are a part of this mountain.
I am a person who embraces mystical experiences and I have had quite few walking on the mountain by myself. Some of my reflections while connecting with the woods includes a profound sense of just how powerful and beautiful trees are in the wintertime.
Just think…every night they reach their beautiful branches to the stars. Wow! Imagine the connection between these trees and the stars as one big glorious nightly event. Rooted so firmly in the ground and yet reaching for the divine light each night. How beautiful…
I think about this because on some level when we seek wisdom or even a healing for ourselves, it is our reaching for the divine within us and the Healer Within,( who loves us unconditionally), that we are wanting to access more fully. It is this process that connects us as one with Spirit.
If you find yourself facing a challenge in life that involves your health take the time to ask yourself, “Why this is happening?”
Listen till you “hear” an answer.
Then ask yourself, “How can I heal best”? Again listen for the answer. It will come.
Finally, see and feel yourself healed already in whatever way works for you.
The gratitude you feel during this process will show you a healing path. These are not new metaphysical “laws” but time to time we need to be reminded of them when we are unclear of why something is “happening” to us and how we can change ourselves from within to receive the gift of healing.
Homeopathy is one way to support your healing journey but once you set an intention, you aren’t on the ways and means committee of how and when it will manifest. Your job is to believe it into existence and receive what comes in for you. It's called trust.

Every year I get inquires on whether to vaccine for the flu or covid. My answer is simple. Homeopathy works so gently, effectively, and deeply for flus ( and Covid) why take a pharmaceutical route for such a condition?
A recent Rasmussen report indicates the more than a third of Americans who were vaccinated against Covid-19 say they had side effects form the shot.
So once again I urge everyone who uses homeopathy to always have Bryonia alba 10m on hand and Gelsemium 10 m. I carry both wherever I go. They will help most flus that emerge.
Finally, this new moon is the last one of the year and a powerful time to set an intention. My intention is to be a kinder, wiser, more loving human being.
What’s yours?
During the coming year,..May you fly as high as the Eagle and be filled with the light of the Sun.
PS. In my next newsletter I will release my second trailer of the documentary, I Was Dying Then I Changed My Mind, featuring Dr. Andre Saine, one of the premier pioneers in homeopathy today.
Watch for it!
